Take a look at the yummy recepie of panner pakora

Ingredients

Paneer (Cheese) 200 gms
salt to taste
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1/2 cup gram flour ( or besan)
2 tablespoon rice flour
oil to fry
chaat masala

Procedure

First we have have to cut paneer into rectangle pieces. make a cut in paneer piece and put some masala powder, green chillies or sause in it.

Mix gram flour (besan) , rice flour, saltand red chilli powder and water to make a thick batter . Then heat oil in kadai. Dip paneer pieces in this batter and fry them in hot oi; till they become golden brown. Sprinkle some chaat masala powder on pakoras.

Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.

I am the big food lover and i believe everyone in this world loves food. Today i am going to start with some punjabi recepies. Hope You all will like it and sholg try at home.

So lets start with punjabi samaosa, all time favorite snack of India. Here’s the recepie

Ingredients for making dough

200 gm maida

100 gm wheat flour

2 teaspoon cornflour

1/2 teaspoon ajwain

2 tablespoon cooking oil

1 teaspoon salt

Procedure for making dough

To make the Dough we have to mix maida(refined flour) , cornflour, wheat flour, oil, ajwain. Its just like we make dough for rotis.

Ingredients for inner stuffing of samosa

500 g potatoes ( boiled and slightly mashed )

1 cup peas ( boiled )

2 green chillies ( chopped )

1/2 amchur powder ( mango powder )

Salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 tablespoon cooking oil

Oil for frying

Procedure for making stuffing and covering

1. We have to take bolied potatoes, peas, salt, redchilli powder, green chillies, amchur powder and garam masala and mix it well

2. Make small balls from dough and then roll it just like roti or puri.

3. Then cut it into two halves. fold each part in triangle shape.

4. Then fill it with potato mixture.

5. Apply some water to sides of samosa to stick and close the ottom.

6. Take oil and heat it in kadai. Deep fry till they are golden brown in color.

7. Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
